Nova Axis Business Setup provides business consultancy, company formation, visa processing, and related services in the UAE. All services are subject to UAE law and the regulations of the relevant licensing authorities.
All fees are quoted in AED. Government fees, authority fees, and third-party costs are in addition to Nova Axis service fees unless explicitly stated in a written quote. All payments are non-refundable once the application process has commenced.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. Nova Axis is not liable for delays or rejections caused by incomplete or incorrect documentation provided by the client.
Estimated timelines are indicative and subject to government processing times. Nova Axis will make every effort to meet stated timelines but cannot guarantee them due to factors outside our control.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
